Hello everyone!
I have yet another mudra for you all to give a try :) Definition is below if anyone is wondering what the heck a mudra is. mu·dra /məˈdrä,ˈmo͞odrə/ noun
Dhyana Mudra: How To: Hands rest open a little lower then heart center, with your right hand on top of your left palm. The tips of your thumbs will connect and point up towards the sky! Dhyana Meaning: Dhyana brings you deeper into concentration. And allows you inner peace. When To Use: When you are feeling your mind is all over the place, or when you are feeling a disconnect with yourself. Mantras: I allow myself to move deeper with my soul. Give this mudra a try along with the mantra, doing this as apart of a meditation, or maybe just for a few breaths throughout your day :) I hope you all enjoyed and below is a link to a few of my other mudra posts. XOXO, Chandel Patricia Akashi Mudra Prana Mudra
