Apana Mudra: How To: Allow the tip of your thumb to connect to the tip of both your middle and ring finger. Both pinky and pointer are straight in the opposite direction :) When I use: When I feel I need a fresh start, and release any negative energy. This mudra helps to detoxify the body and balance from within. Mantras to Use: I allow myself to release what no longer serves me. I bring balance to my life. I deserve a fresh start to this day.
