Lotus Mudra will be the one we dive into today! How To: Bring your hands to heart center then all the fingers to point to the sky. Allow all of your fingers to fall open except your pinkies and thumbs stay connected. When I Use: When I feel like my heart might be closed off. When I need to let down any barriers I have and to fully be myself. You Try: Come to a seated position. Allow your hands to come to heart center and open into Lotus Mudra. Shoulders away from your ears. Allow your spine to be long and your gaze to be closed. Focusing on your breath. Inhale Exhale Inhale Exhale Inhale Exhale Now feeling your heart open to the universe.
